People have started to comment on my weight loss now including strangers at the school who I don’t normally talk to....
and they ask how I done it and I have up to now told them and I’m wondering if I should be telling everyone.
Do they really need to no I take Orlistat to lose weight because I no a lot of people don’t agree with it so god know what they might start saying behind my back if I just tell everyone who asks :S

Just my immediate family knows, everyone else i tell them EAT LESS AND MOVE MORE0

That’s what I was doing at first, probably because no one els was asking lol I never really thought about what I would say to people but I’ve said it 2 times to strangers now so I think I better had stop and just say healthy eating and exercise
