How often are you doing it?

Should I be doing the program every day? I guess when I took the class a few years ago I did it every other day, when it was offered at the gym. I'm a runner and have a race on St. Patrick's Day so I didn't want to get into body pump every day at first. I alternate with running. I should still be good doing it every other day I hope! I do love it so far!! I'm glad I found this group!!

    I plan to do it every other day. I think your muscles need time to rest in between. Also, I like to get cardio in on the other days. I know the schedule has a class every day, but I'm doing a hybrid schedule doing Pump every other day and Turbo Fire every other day. This way I am always doing something different and keeping my workouts interesting. So far so good!

    I agree with lk27. I have attached a link for a schedule that I use. Where it says walk, I do Kathy Smith's Peek Fat Burning Workout or Step. I also try to get abs in 3 times a week.

    I agree with lk27. I have attached a link for a schedule that I use. Where it says walk, I do Kathy Smith's Peek Fat Burning Workout or Step. I also try to get abs in 3 times a week.
