I am doing Turbo Fire this month and I love it....
I am following the 80/20 clean eating rule, cut fast food and junk. I only drink water and plain tea. I am cutting out meat for a month.
Come August I will have been a vegetarian for 2yrs now. You are definately going to notice a difference in yourself. Make sure you eat lots of beans, lentils, tempeh, etc as sources of protein. Don't believe the hype, vegans and vegetarians get plenty of proein!0
