    This will be my first diet ever. I eat nothing but junk currently. I'm taking a week to read up and get some some baseline stats on what I'm currently eating and I'm stating A week from tomorrow.

    Haven't officially started keto yet....I'm reading a LOT about it and definitely considering it. Anyone got any info to push me over the edge? I'm 6'1", 270+lbs.
