    Did 3 weeks of keto a few months ago and lost 10 lbs til I was tempted to a cheat "day" which turned into a month or 2 and gained everything back. Now I'm on day 3 of restarting keto and would like a few friends to keep myself motivated!

    I'm down over 35lbs so far from this amazing diet/lifestyle. I have eaten "right" and exercised all of my life. It wasn't until I had my blood tested that I learned why I couldn't lose weight. I dropped carbs and suddenly all of my hard work is paying off!
