Did my Zumba class for an hour tonight!! Wow, talk about intense!! I love it!!! Felt great afterwards, and by I'm exhausted now. Certain to sleep well tonight. :)

    I am getting ready to try Zumba and looking for classes I can fit in my schedule...lots of choices!

    I was looking on the exercise log of myfitnesspal (MFP)and can't locate it in their database! I thought I would just ask if anyone else might know where/if it exists before I started entering my own...since it seems impossible that MFP doesn't have it since Zumba is so popular! What do you know?
