Workout 4 Static Squat Rows

ARE HARD! They mostly work my quads, more so than my butt. My quads are feeling it this morning and I can't even get down as low as they do. Well at least I know they are doing me some good.

haha i just did workout 4 and i was like, "MY LEGS ARE DYING!!!!" it makes me feel better that jillian really low and only does 4 rows while everyone else gets higher up and she pushes them down... it hurts them too! i hate the terry pulls... i just can't seem to isolate that muscle at all!0

YES, it seemed like they couldn't quite do it either. I tried going that low, and it only lasted 1 or 2 rows. haha.
I felt that way about the terry pulls the first time but then they got sore so I guess that's good. I have 8#s I use for those but I usually use 5#s for the other stuff.0 -
today i got down as low as jillian during the static squat rows. my legs were ON FIRE and i was telling myself, "you can do this - you can do this - its hard - even jillian gets up after two reps - keep doing it" and by the time i stopped jabbering to myself, it was over. SHE GETS SO LOW but only does two or three reps...... no wonder she can do it so well in the beginning...... grrrrrrr.0
