I'm half way through stage 4 and realizing that the ab portions are not challenging my any more. I still do the plank, but on the other other workout I do incline bench and captains chair with straight leg lifts. Any one else changing it up?
What stage did you see the biggest results. In stage 2 my husband told me my legs look smaller than they ever have. Just curious when I expect more body fat burning off (I have a trip to Cabo booked for May 26 - and I should be through the program by then too).

I switched ab exercises a little too. I alternate v-ups and hanging leg-raises.
I haven't seen startling progress in any one stage; it's been sort of a steady improvement all over. I have upper arm, lat and shoulder definition, getting decent bit of muscle in my chest, and my abs are starting to show. But the most extraordinary thing for me, by far, is that my tush has tightened and lifted. I always had a long butt that seemed to melt into my leg. Now, I have a definite cheek.
