Week 10 Weigh In

Good Morning In It To Win It 2012!!! I am enjoying the sunshine that came out today in beautiful Southern California and I sending you each a big hug for the day!
As for the weigh in I am up a pound. Not my favorite post but at least I am trying to be honest on this site. I haven't ran in about 4 weeks and it is driving me nuts! I now know that I have to have cardio with my food plan every day to start losing again. With that in mind, I am looking forward to day! Get to see some people I haven't seen a few weeks and I have another event tonight that will fill me up with Joy, Love and Peace:flowerforyou: Ciao

    Failed on pretty much all my goals. My mind and heart is elsewhere, trying to get things in order. But hey! Most of the laundry is folded and I emptied out three junk drawers. That's something.

  • I posted on Week 9 weigh in by mistake! But wanted to share my accomplishment on losing 2.8 lbs this week - finally back on track! :bigsmile: Did pretty good on my weekly goals - only got 3/4 ab workouts in but made my other goals so I feel pretty good. Energy is up which is great! Reward was going out Friday night to listen to a great band with my hubby - we had a great time & the beer only put me a little over my calorie allowance:wink: Congrats to everyone for sticking with it for another week!

    Kekibird - cleaning out 3 junk drawers is a HUGE accomplishment! You should be proud of yourself!:drinker: Cheers!
