hi folks only joined , i've been doing power lifting for years and never watched my diet .now that i am trying to get rid of the belly was wondering will the amount of protein in my daily calories be enough . don't want to drop muscle mass with the weight

1g of protein for every pound of body weight should be enough. Some advocate more.0

2-3g/kg of target body weight is what I go for.0
