Your mini goals deserve a reward!

This is a lil reward system I used several years ago when I was on my "second journey"to weight loss(My first jouney was in 2001,where I went from 240lbs to 170lbs in 4 months!!! No lie! Without any type of exercise...only a food change!! My second journey in 2004 took me down to 148lbs! By then,I was working out 5 days a week and lost 25lbs in 2 months!! Honestly,I know my age was a big part of the quick weight loss,because now,I can follow the same plan I used then,but it takes waaaaay longer to produce results! LOL!)! Anywho,for every 10lbs I lose,I get to reward myself! Whether its a Girls Nite Out with my homies or going to get a massage,it shall and will be done!!! I deserve to applaud myself sometimes. Besides,I am a great mom,an awesome girlfriend to my honey,and I work hard on both my jobs!!! Not to mention the long road this weight loss journey has me on!

So,as I approach my third set of 10(I'm actually 12lbs away from a 30 lb weight loss. I chose to lose weight in sets of 10lbs),I am thinking of my next reward! I can really use an ipod! :))))
