Same here. There is one particulare photo that makes me think "what if I'll never look like that again". I think that's why it triggers me.

Well it is really good that you are aware of what triggers you. Personally I cant weigh myself because no matter what the scale says it triggers me. If it goes up I freak out, if it goes down I want to loose more so it is better that I just dont know.
Definately if I eat to much salt(doesnt take much since kidneys dont work right)
    Flashbacks
    being alone
trying on clothes..love my uniforms because they just have a string you pull(I hate tight clothes)
Top triggers that get me motivated
    1. my health (it sucks but this makes it worse)
    2. my family
3 not wanting to fail..only a failure if you fail to try
4my friends..I dont want to disappoint them
5 work..I love my job and I get so weak that I dont know how much longer I can do it
6.I am not ready to die...that says it all. Just about been there and done that and it sucks! lol

    1. Comments on how I'm healthier than I was when I was in starvation and braindead.
    2. Intense emotions that I don't now how to deal with
    3. Being hurt by other people and wanting to punish them btu not being able to so I just let myself give up and get sicker.
    4. People talking about diets and all that bull****, it's not like I believe it but i feel like I know so much more and am superior (in a really sick way)
    5. comparing myself to my weights in pimary school (i.e. thinking "Wow, Ihavn't weighed this much snice I was 11") It makes me just want to push the boundaries more, which pobably isn't healthy atall.
