Same here. There is one particulare photo that makes me think "what if I'll never look like that again". I think that's why it triggers me.0 -

Well it is really good that you are aware of what triggers you. Personally I cant weigh myself because no matter what the scale says it triggers me. If it goes up I freak out, if it goes down I want to loose more so it is better that I just dont know.
Definately if I eat to much salt(doesnt take much since kidneys dont work right)

trying on clothes..love my uniforms because they just have a string you pull(I hate tight clothes)
