What type of nutrition plan are you following while doing PUMP? I'm following the plan that came with the workouts. Anyone else?

  • Higher protein, lower carb. Especially after Pump. I chug my protein mix with Amino Acids to prevent muscle soreness.

    Same here. I also drink Energy and Endurance about 30 minutes before my workouts. REALLY helps! :happy:
