Starting my second week in Keto and am down 9 lbs. I lost 8lbs the first day then gained some of it back and have been hovering at -7lbs for a week and have just started losing again.

I think I'm doing well at my nutrient macros, but I'd love to see what other people are eating for ideas.

  • I made us into an 505 error. Today (well, today starting at lunch time) is my first day on keto. I had cake and ice cream for breakfast and it was my final straw. I am a binge eater and impulsive so I hoping the discipline required for this plan will rub off on other aspects of my life.
    Edit: I think I was actually 503, but I don't know how to check this.
