8 weeks complete and 1 to go!

I completed Week 8 today. 6 mph for 28 minutes. This C25K program really works. One more week and then I will began training using HIIT to increase my speed and endurance. My first scheduled race is on the Fourth of July, so have plenty of time to really get ready.

Good luck to everyone else using this program and stick to it, it really works!

    Great job Frogman!

    I am still fighting my way back after vacation and laziness. Worked on week 5 outside this week. (windy...) Three attempts that weren't too stellar but they were attempted all the same.
