March 11 - Morning: Daylight Savings Time - Weighed in at 114.2. No Weight Gain from last Sunday. Ate Chinese Food yesterday. Stressed trying to get bi-monthly due on the 1st of March Newsletter out. Had all kinds of cravings, but, decided NOT to indulge in the candy that is sitting on top of the fridge. YAY! Did not exercise, so HAVE to go out today with Rico. Weekends seem to be the most difficult because DH is home, and I get distracted. I walked for 60 minutes FOUR days out of this last week, and did JM30DS at least 3x. Went over calories twice this week, and just glad I didn't gain. I take a treadmill test tomorrow to make sure my heart is okay. Just glad to have all the test done for my heart going forward. Will log in tonight with completion of goals.

Have a great week all!! Hoping you will see this and want to share your MISSION POSSIBLE's, too. We fall off the wagon, and the main thing is getting back on.

    March 12 - Completed

    Goals: 24 hour fast that I broke at 6pm today Pork loin and sugar snap peas for dinner with orange, brown sugar, and sauteed onion topping
    Walked with granddog Rico for a hour at 3.5 brisk walk
    No JM30DS again
    No Junk Food

    Goals: JM30DS - Day 8...WAY behind. Using 8 lb weights for bicep curls and lunges and back exercises, cause 5 lbs was getting too easy. WOW...8 lbs IS a challenge!! I sweated LOL
    No walk with Rico...but got him groomed.
    No Junk Food
    Plus 10K will be hard to do since I am not walking Rico. Will try my best!

    Goals: JM30DS - Day 9. Going back to 5 lb weights for bicep curls and lunges and back exercises. Wanting my muscles to recuperate. Will go to 8 lbs in two days.
    No walk with Rico. It is raining. If it stops later may go out with him.

    OMG ... Didn't post for March 15

    Developed full blown sinus cold went to bed early..

    No exercise
    Had Kettle Korn...been craving it...no sugar in it...but not satisfying. DH helped consume with me.

    Going back to bed after preparing DH's lunch at 4:30 am in the morning.

    Goals:
    At least some weight training
    No Junk Food
    Take care of cold

    FINALLY feeling better. Sinuses not running like a faucet. Sleep was fitful for first 3 hours (went to bed early) but finally got rest.

    14 days No Junk Food
    JM30DS - Day 10 Will not use 8 lbs today...muscles still recuperating
