Not sure if I'm the only one who decided to stay on level 1 for another 10 days and then reevaluate. I am really trying to do as many of the exercises like Natalie now. I still can't do full push ups and I struggle a bit with the anterior lifts and side squat. not to mention bicycle crunches ( ugh)! but I have made progress. I am also going to lift 5 pound weights for the back rowing exercise and the chest fly. I can already feel a difference after yesterday and today's workouts.
