Week 3-12-2012 to 3-18-2012
Yo Peeps! Ok So I hope everyone had fun doing the Jumping Jacks! Cuz it is about to start getting tougher. Every week from here on out I will be adding to or making things trickier for us all. Do everything you can at your level. I will post pictures or videos to the way each thing should be done, different levels of it, or suggestions on how to do it so each of you can figure out how to push yourself but not over do it. With this said, this week we will continue with the 30 JJ but we will be doing 2 sets of 30 and we will be doing 2 sets of 50 squats. I have been doing this all week so I know it can be done. And as longs as you take no longer then a 10 second break in between you will get it done in less then 10 minutes a day. So this is all I ask of you. 10 Little minutes devoted to your body. I also want to make sure everyone is staying hydrated so ( i wont push you on it) 6 glasses a day. I normally ask for 8-10 but I would like everyone to at least shoot for 6. I know some already go way above that but just from now on that's the lowest number you should aim for...and that will be a continuing thing. So even if you don't see it on next weeks, still do 6 glasses:)
So a recap
* ONGOING-minimum of 6 glasses of H2O per day
* 30 Jumping Jacks X2 sets per day (consecutively)
* 50 Squats X2 sets per day (consecutively)
No you do not have to do the squats and the jj together...you can break those up, although it would be more ideal if you would keep them together:) Do what you can. Push yourself! But don't kill yourself.
----> Side note.....THANKS to Trish for updating and fixing the spreed sheet for us weekly! I am completely illiterate when it comes to such things so she took it up and has been making sure it stays updated for us...so THANKS TRISH!!! MAKE SURE TO FILL IN YOUR STATS ON IT!! Weigh in is labeled as Mondays but you can enter what ever day your comfortable with.

If you choose to try the invisible chair squats do 5 full seconds on then stand ...repeat 30 times:)
