Hi guys am after some quick and easy lunch ideas, things I can prepare the night before would be great, I usually have a sandiwch of some sort and some fruit or crackers, but its bumping up my calories too much and not leaving much for dinner. All ideas appreciated!

    you could check the Healthy Food Guide website...they have lots of great articles and recipes for lunches.
