When do you move up to the next level?
Do you go by how you feel?
Do you set a number of days for each level before moving on?

On the 30 day shred DVD there are 3 levels each being a 20 minute workout.0

There are 3 levels and 10 days on each level is a good guideline. I'm now on level 3 and I spent a little more than 10 days on each level. For me, I like to wait until I feel like I've almost memorized a level before I move on to the next one, or maybe I just procrastinate because I know each level gets tougher!0

I move on after 10 days, by then (except level 3) I'm brgining to find the workout a lot easier than the first few days. Level 3 I still find tough o the last day lol.0

I'm personally not going to move up to Level 3 until Level 2 becomes too easy for me (I'm on day 16 atm-on Level 2) and i didn't move up to Level 2 until Level 1 became too easy for me. It's what works best for you and your body0

Its definitely up to the individual. I moved up to level 2 after 1 day of level one as even though i found it was not easy. My heart rate was averaging 110 which I dont think is very high at all. so thought i would get a more effective workout moving to level 20

YOU MOVE ONTO THE LEVELS AS THEY START TO FEEL EASY TO YOU. IM BARELY DAY #5 ON LEVEL 1 AND ITS EASY TO ME, BUT IM GONNA WAIT 2MORE DAYS FOR A WHOLE WK. BEFORE I MOVE ONTO LEVEL 2...0

Thanks for all the replies - I am on day 4 for level 1 today and it's getting easier so I may consider moving up a level before 10 days are over.
I am sure I will stay on level 2 for longer than 10 days.0
