How much do you think it will effect my results if I were to miss a day and do the workout that i missed and the next day's workout on the next day?
For example, I missed Sunday (day 8 for me) so I am going to do workout 1 and workout 2 tomorrow (on day 9) . I don't plan on doing this often, but since i'm human my schedule didn't go as i planned. I don't think one day will make a difference, but do you think it would make a difference if this happened once every week or every other week? just curious what everyone thinks!
Thanks for your input!

It has not affected my results, I had to take a couple of unplanned rest days at the very beginning, but then the following day I hit my UP button and ended up doing the next day's workout plus the cardio to make up for it. I'm starting week 3 today.....tried workouts 3 and 4 Friday and Saturday, and feel like I didn't give my all, but my body is still aching from it!0

I may miss a day here and there and I will not beat myself up about it. I didn't exercise AT ALL prior to doing this program. There are days when my body just says "please, can we just lay low today?" and I respect that. I will do my that day's DVD the next day. I just make sure my calories do not go over my goal for the day. I usually add a little extra cardio after each DVD anyway so I exceed my cardio goals for the week.0
