BUT statring tomorrow cos i'ts my birthday!!!!!

Just a quick question....do I need anything else? and do I need a lot of room? Just need to decided where I'm going to do it.
Dreading it as everything I've read says its really hard!

    Happy Birthday!!! :smile: You need a set of hand weights and a mat if your going to do it on a hard floor. You just need enough room to be able to do push ups and jumping jacks. Its tough to start with, but stick with it, by day 4 or 5 you'll be feeling great! Good luck!
  • If you don't have hand weights to start use two cans of soup or pasta sauce ect. depending on the size that is comfortable in your hands. I had to do that until payday. Now i have my weights =D

    I have make-shift weights too ^_^ mine are simply a set of shampoo and conditioner bottles filled with shot-blast.

    I found this thread funny... My birthday is Sunday, and I asked for weights for my birthday. For now, I'm using a pair of cordless 5.8 ghz phones. Lol!
