I keep reading about an "UP Button" related to this workout. What is it?

I was scheduled to start today, but can't due to a crazy head cold; I haven't viewed any of the videos yet.

It is just doing a harder modification of the moves (like adding weights or jumps or doing the moves more quickly).

She's crazy that's what it is, haha. She yells to give more if you have more and says "there's always an up button" when handing 8 lb weights to someone in the group while they are doing something that may already be difficult. I try to follow Omar and Kenta (?) because they are usually always doing the advanced version, but she's rough!!!

Exactly. Her "up button" is just doing the advanced moves and adding more weights or changing up the positions a bit to make it more difficult. I used the "up button" in week 1 and 2, but in week 3 (workout 3 today) I could barely do the normal, so no up button for me for at least a few days :)
