Weekly Goals

I decided as part of this challenge, I would set weekly goals for myself - to help push me along and keep the challenge always in my mind.
Wk2 GOALS - I'm going to stick with same goals as last week, since they worked pretty well for me. One exception - I'm pushing for 4 fruits/veggies servicing each day (up from 2). As a reminder, my other 2 goals are - 1) 30 mins of cardio 3 times during week and 2) 100 ozs of water daily!
My increased water intake is becoming a comfortable and normal thing! The veggie/fruit increase - that has been more challenging, but I'm doing it. So I figured I would take it up a notch. My hope is that by the end of the challenge that I'm up to the recommended 6-7 servicings a day, and it's normal for me and not something I have to WORK to do!
