Not easy..but I made it for at least a week. What seems to help now is maintaince breaks here and there and a ton of gum.

So happy for you! Unfortunately my weekend was not good. I am having to pick myself up, dust myself off, throw all the negative thoughts out the window and make today a success. I don't know why I do this to myself. It is so frustrating!0

Awesome - Congratulations! A week is huge!!
In the past week, I haven't really been "bingeing" in the sense that I call a binge, but I have been overeating and going over my calories. (A binge, to me, is that NEED to get food NOW and there is nothing else I can think about until I do, eating faster than I normally do (I generally eat VERY slow, probably too slow) and eating until I'm stuffed and sick. I haven't been doing that, thankfully, but I haven't been doing great either.
I gained 3 or 4 pounds over the holidays and I STILL haven't lost it. It's so frustrating because I'm uncomfortable but I'm struggling with overeating. I will keep on going though...today has been good, thankfully.

That is AMAZING! I've only made it over a week one time, hopefully I can make it past one week and beyond again. Keep it up!0
