WOW! We are in the third week already! For those who are tracking on the spreadsheet, we have lost a total of 18.5 pounds! Can't wait to see how many inches we have lost! It will be time to track our new measurements, before you know it!

So.......what are your goals for this week? Please share nutrition, exercise, stress relief, or any other fitness goal(s) you can make for this week. Then, let's check in next week to see how well we did!

One week at a time, we can inspire each other, and build a lifetime of lasting, healthy habits! :flowerforyou:

I feel that I am having unusually strong cravings for sweets, after chocolate, chocolate birthday cake for my daughter's 14th birthday.

I found a group on MFP that is doing a "No Junk Food" challenge. I like the idea, but maybe not for 21 days.
So....my goal for this week is to adhere to 1 week of the no junk food rules! Here is a link if you would like to view them: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36976314/no junk food challenge.jpg

Have a great week!

It is only week 2 for me. First week went really well. I only missed 1 workout of 7 because I got called into work. I figured I could have one rest day for the week. I have cut out my after dinner snacking tremendously! Now, if I feel like I need something sweet after dinner, I go for a caramel rice cake with 1 tbsp of natural pb... only if i have the calories to spare.

One thing that has helped me is that I have gotten my husband in on doing Pump with me. He is already in really good shape, but it won't hurt him and it makes it something we can do together. Workout buddies are great motivation!

My goal for this week is:
Keep to my exercise schedule- (I think this will be a weekly goal for the next 12 weeks. If I make this a weekly goal, I think I will be more likely to keep up with my workouts. In the past, if I missed a workout I would fall off track and not exercise for a month. Then it is always harder to get back on track.)

Everyone is doing great! 18.5 total #s lost!!! Wow!
