Wanted to Introduce Myself

Hi Everybody! My name is Jodi. I got onto MFP to track my exercise and food intake over the next 9 weeks before a month-long excursion in The Virgin Islands. I am in pretty good shape now, but I'd love to get super fit for this trip. I have been hovering around the 150 lb. mark for years now and I have to admit that if I really want to "hover" around the 130 or 140 mark, I'll need to do a little work. I wasn't planning on any social interaction with this site, but I have quickly seen that it is helpful and motivational. This group's goal fits my goals, so I figured that this is a good spot to be a little social. ;)

Anyways, I don't know who's really active and who's not in this group, but I welcome anyone who wants another friend and some additional support/accountability/encouragement!
