So I have already burned lover 200 calories doing my 30 DS and am getting ready to go for a looong walk!! Happy Hump Day and Good luck everyone!!

I totally lost all motivation last night to do my jumping jacks and situps to get me up and over that 500. But maybe today. with the stairs. And my long lunchtime walk.0
