Hi guys, maybe a bit late in the day but I'm here, can't believe dummy me didn't think to look for a c25k group when I started lol
1) Where you are at in your running program (i.e. Week/Day)?
I'm on week 5, should be day 3 but I'm going to repeat day two on todays run due to having my session cut short the other day when a cyclist ran my dog (my little running buddy!) over!
2) What days do you do your running?
Generally mon, weds, fri, though on week 4 I substituted fri for the saturday
3) Why you are doing the program?
Weight loss! It's cheap, it's fun, I'm actually enjoying it and the sense of achievement after each session is phenominal!
4) Overall fitness goal?
I plan to run 5k 3x a week, and compete in my local parkrun, to lose weight and look spanky!
5) A random fact about you!
I have a 9ft boa constrictor in my bedroom. Really!0 -

I am brand new to C25K and to fitness itself! It's great to be part of your group. So here are the answers to "Your Routine" questions-
1) Where you are at in your running program (i.e. Week/Day)? ---Week 1, Day 2 tomorrow!
2) What days do you do your running? --T, Th, Sat
3) Why you are doing the program? --- loose weight and get healthy
4) Overall fitness goal? ---- keep up the excitement and routine of fitness for life
