I'm not sore? Not hard enough?

I'm on stage 1. Done 4 workouts now. the first 2 i did i was really sore the next day afterwards, and sometimes even the day after that.
Now i'm not sore at all. On workout 3, it felt just way too easy. So i doubled the weight i was lifting in workout 4. Thought for sure i'd be sore today, especially since it felt quite difficult lifting that extra weight and i don't think i could lift any more than than right now.
But today...nothing. Feel like i didn't do anything yesterday at all.
Do you all feel sore after every workout or not? I like feeling sore myself because it feels like i've worked hard and it almost feels as though i can feel my body building more muscle as it repairs! So i don't like this feeling nothing afterwards.

I dont feel sore after every workout. Your body gets used to it. When we hit stage 2 I think we'll be sore again the first couple of workouts cause we'll be working different muscles.
I raise the amount I lift every second workout. Every workout sweats dripping off me so I know Im getting a good workout
Weightlifting can involve a bit of trial and error too.0 -
you dont need to feel sore after every workout in order for it to be working. i raise the amounts i lift every workout if possible (except for the lunge, for some reason i'm stuck on that one grrrrrr). as long as you are being honest about the weights you are lifting then you should be getting the benefits.0
