Just curious.....been reading up on them and Beta Analine keeps popping up for endurance athletes. Has anyone tried it at all?

  • I've heard good things about it, but haven't actually tried it.. yet! I just drink a protien shake after my workouts.

    I use beta alanine daily. Research shows it buffers muscles from lactic acid. There are obvious benefits there for us, especially doing long course. I find all promises to hold true. Don't go thinking it's the holy grail though.
