Just curious.....been reading up on them and Beta Analine keeps popping up for endurance athletes. Has anyone tried it at all?

I've heard good things about it, but haven't actually tried it.. yet! I just drink a protien shake after my workouts.0

I use beta alanine daily. Research shows it buffers muscles from lactic acid. There are obvious benefits there for us, especially doing long course. I find all promises to hold true. Don't go thinking it's the holy grail though.0
