I've been wanting to finally get into shape and the hardest thing for me isn't the exercise part, but the eating right part! Im hoping joining this group will keep me motivated! Friend me so we can keep each other motivated

Hi! MFP has been my life saver. I joined in January and I really feel this is what I have been missing to help me in my journey to ridding myself of all my "extra me"! I am 100% honest here. I can tell my pal friends things I cant tell my huband,kids or best friends. If I cheat and dont log my calories one day I post the next day and tell them. They, then in return encourage me to getting back on track. Feel free to add me and I will cheer you on!0

Hi Zen, I have a board of (Mostly) Healthy Recipes on Pinterest if you'd like to check that out. It has some truely great tasting recipes I am actually more excited to try the healthier ones than I've ever been about trying the fatty ones.

I have been a memeber for a while but have not had the motivation to get serious. I think I am there now especially finding this group. I think I need to be accountable. I always thought that was why I would like WW. I am open to friends. I am 5'1 and need to lose 50 lbs. My anniversary is June 27 so I am going to see what I can do by then. Seeing everyones progress makes me want to lose. I guess I need to make it a daily habit of getting on the site everyday.
