Hi, I'm new to this and just wondering if the caloric intake recommended is right. I'm 4'11" and MFP is recommending that I have 1200 calories a day. This seems quite high since I'm very petite. Anyone on here know if it's accurate or I'm just overreacting? Thanks!
I seem to be lost with the amt of calories I should be eating, My BMR is 1588 and TDEE is 2462, so if you eat TDEE - 20% does that mean I should be eating at least 1900 calories a day? I'm 5'1 and was wondering if anyone eats according to their TDEE? Thanks for the advice, I am so confused!

I have been told my entire life I look younger than I am. Everyone says I will love it when I'm older, but honestly... I keep getting older but since I'm only 5'0" people stare at me in public and comment on how I only look like I'm 12. I get asked if I need a kids menu ALL the time and people stare at me at the grocery…
