Hi all,
First off thanks for having me as a mod. and I am sorry I have not said hello to you all until now I have been lurking a bit, but truly not been here fully this last few days. I am back now and I will be back on track tomorrow with food, and doing my 30DS too.. It didn't happen todayand only partly the day before with the wrench that got tossed into my personal life on Monday... BUT I am back and ready to rock it again. Glad to be here to help you all if you need it.
