Haven't lost any weight- anyone else?

I haven't lost anything since I started doing 30DS! I gained a pound or so at first, and then that came back off, but only back to my starting weight. I was running a little bit before starting, but my HRM says I am doing a similar calorie burn (300-400 I usually add a short walk to bump up the cals 100 or so.) Do I need to do more cardio than Jillian is covering? It's so frustrating, because I was losing just fine before I changed my exercise and it makes me want to quit & change back. I am eating my most of my exercise calories and always have.
I can see I am getting stronger, but I have a lot of weight to lose too, you know?
If you've done Shred before, does it all just magically fall off at the end?

this is round 2 of the shred for me ... no significant weight loss to report HOWEVER i did loose about 7 1/2 inches in total. :bigsmile:
if you haven't already, i highly recommend taking measurements bc that is where you will see the biggest results (or at least it was for me). i am also running in conjunction with the shred, i don't know if that make a difference or not in terms of the loss/gain/stagnate status of weight. i'm with you in the frustration boat - if it weren't for my decreasing measurements i would probably have given up also.0
