Done with workout 5. I hate those v presses. I moved on to 8 lbs weights it makes it more challenging.

Did it this morning, it was cold and raining but I felt much warmer afterwards. Great job with the 8lbs weights!0

I'm done with mine too! We're halfway there! I'm really liking this level even though the moves are harder. I'm doing 5 lb weights and I still can't do those V squats with both at the same time - my shoulders and neck kill me, but I'm doing more and more each time so that's progress
