Hello all. I haven't posted in a few days. I was just checking in to see how all my new MFP friends are doing. We are all here to support each other so I wanted to be sure we are all well. :happy:

Well I personally had a hard week. I am a manager for a few branches of a local bank and this week I had to shut one of them down and let some people who had become friends go. It was so hard and stressful. Therefore on Wednesday we had a potluck and I was a little bad but honstly pretty good. Then came the last day which was so stressful and I ate pizza, ice cream, margaritas and didn't track any of it........ Oh well I am just going to pick myself up and get back on track.0 -
I am sorry that you had a rough couple of days but I am glad to hear you got right back to it. That is all we can do. Myself yesterday, I treated myself to a "little" too much dessert at a barbecue...starting fresh today and the weather is beautiful so I took a walk.0
