    weighed myself this morning down 2 lb. yeah, finally off the plateau. hope it stays that way. my goal is to lose at least 10 lb before I go on vacation the end of May to see my daughter out west. By the way, when I started this last weeks challenge,I posted the wrong weight it should have been 159 not 149. :embarassed: So as of this morning I was 147.:happy:
    Yes, congrats! I was stuck at 150 for what seemed like forever. I'm sure you can get down 10 pounds!

    I am in!! I need a new challange. I am 5ft and 193 :-( I gained 2lbs this past week.

    Not to worry. All of us are in this together. Fight.. Fight.. Fight.. We have to lose the excess weight..

    I think it is similar to the Atkins & South beach diet. But a little better. I did the 1st cycle last year. I lost a few inches off my tummy. Couldn't check if there were any weight loss since my weighing machine was broken.
    Why not give it a try? What do you all think?
