Measuring Progress

I started today! And I LOVE it! The pace is much faster than 30DS (which is a good thing) and there's a lot more variety so far. I love it!!
Anyway. I have a question for those of you who are charting your progress with the program.
Are you doing measurements on days 30, 60, and 90? Or are you doing measurements/taking pictures/whatever at the end of each phase (days 28, 56, and 91)? I think I'm gonna do them at the end of each phase, but I just wanted to see what everyone else was planning.

I agree with what you said about it in comparison to the 30 DS. I like the exercise moves better too!
I've decided to do my progress measurements at the end of each phase, along with pics.0 -
I agree with twinmom, I'm measuring at the end of each phase (good point to see how each phase changed your body). I'll also be weighing in every Sunday (my rest day). I officially start the Kickstart Week tomorrow and am excited. My plan is to do the 2 workouts a day, except for the cardio days. Having just previewed the DVDs this past week, I do not think I can do the cardio 1 twice (I have to workout in the morning only, so I'd have to do the DVD twice in a row). I will also be adding yoga 3 days a week.
I will also be following her Kickstart menu as closely as I can (though I'll be having a Shakeology protein shake in the morning and the greek yogurt meal for my lunch). I'm hoping for a big weight loss.
Good luck to you this week!0 -
I was thinking I'd measure at the end of each phase too.0

Awesome, thanks! I'll be measuring at the end of each phase, too. Just wanted to see what the general consensus was0
