Hello group! I just joined this morning. Thank you Debbie for hooking me up!! I am doing day 22 of phase 1 on Monday. Really love this workout. Not doing the diet thing but I am willing to reconsider if you all are having luck with it. I also have made up a pretty simple to use chart on word if anyone needs or wants it let me know. Glad to share anything I can with yall.

    I'm just now seeing this. Sorry about delayed response.
    Welcome! I think it's interesting that you are not following the diet, I'd love to hear how it works for you because I'm sure plenty of people would prefer to do there own thing. I've been considering it a lot myself lately.
    I've been pretty much following the diet aside from her personal recipes, but I just substitute that with store bought protein bars and shakes. I think the most important thing involved in all of recommendations is the protein....In order to turn the fat into muscle we need to get the proper amount of protein. So other than that, I'm personally thinking if you just don't go crazy eating junk, it should still work fine.
    Anyway, welcome, and please keep us posted on your progress!! :flowerforyou:

    I'm new around here but I'm finishing week 3 of phase I. The whole program requires so much sacrifice so its great to have support. I will be freezing a banana with dark chocolate drizzle for my daughters birthday party. Hate to pass up a cupcake but thats how it goes sometimes. Maybe I'll take a chocolate protien bar too. The diet is the tough part but I believe its the only thing I can do different to change my body. I need a change.....9 more weeks :)

    I don't know how I missed this either! :noway: I am trying to follow her nutrition plan, but i am certainly no where near 100%. I do think the closer we come to eating more wholesome foods, rather than processed foods that has to be better for us. I agree that we need to focus on getting adequate protein to grow our muscles!

    Good for you! I think it's okay to have a treat just as long as it doesn't throw you into a tailspin! In fact, I took a whole cheat day last Sunday!
