I just wanted to say that I am SOOOOOO thankful I found this group. I took the advice here and started eating at my BMR. I began to really focus on strength training and less so on cardio, although I still like to get in at least 5 miles a week, and I have finally broken my plateau (sp?) I have lost 5 pounds and a total of 7 inches.

    Good to hear . . . I'm still trying to get myself to do the strength training.

    I used to do some lifting (New Rules of Weight Lifting) but that was years ago. My main problem is I can't afford a gym membership and its hard for me to get in the zone at home :(

    I know I just need to suck it up. (plus I'm lacking a lot of tools I wish I had that I just need to learn to work around)
