done using kettle bells and other weights - days a bit mixed up though as still got take the stairs and wall sit to do!

    I am a couple days behind so got to catch up! Will double up in next few days. Didn't do the strength training but went out and taught my nephews how to play football today. They were a little shocked their aunt could play!
