    Today I had a total of 8 servings of fruits and veggies which makes a total of 30 for the week so far. I did a smoothie for breakfast and that really helped to get some of the fruits in that I have been struggling with! I think I will try that again tomorrow and see if I like it again.

    I have totally lost track of what amount of fruits and veggies I ate this week, but wanted you all to know I am still really pushing the produce. I have done really well so far this week. To help with the fruit/veggie intake I have started using my juicer that I have not used for a while. In addition to drinking a lot of produce, and eating it whole, :happy: I have used the left over pulp to add to my cooked dinners for added nutrition. It looks like you all are doing great. Keep up the good work!

    I had a total of 8 servings of fruits and veggies today. It consisted of cucumbers, lettuce, spinach, green peppers, tomato, oranges and strawberries. I am really starting to enjoy eating these foods more and more as the week goes on. Fruit is pretty much like dessert which is awesome! Total servings for the challenge so far is 38.
