First workout of Kickstart this morning!

I can't believe I just set my alarm and got up early to exercise!! I am normally an afternoon/evening exerciser, so this was HUGE.

Anyway, I just did Workout 1 this morning and I loved it! It totally flew by and I was done in no time. I find it easier than 30DS, only because I'm stronger than I am cardio-healthy, so 30DS got my heart rate WAY up and this didn't do it quite as much. But I still burned 267 calories and I am building muscle that will burn more calories over all, so I love it. And I'll be going to Zumba tonight, which will burn about 750 calories right there.

Bring it on, summer!! Well, not quite yet...I still have a bit of work to do. LOL

    Well done you! I am usually an evening exerciser too. Still waiting for my delivery but I am hoping I can be good and get up early every morning.

    Great job! I did my first workout this morning as well. I am doing the 2 workouts a day this week so I did workout 1 and cardio already! I don't want to wait till the evening for cardio workout because I'm not sure I would get it done, lol. I only burned 192 during workout 1 though so that's kind of disappointing. I also did 30 day shred so maybe my fitness level is just better? Great work, keep it up!

    I also burned less doing this workout (267 calories). However, I figure I'm building muscle, which burns more on a daily basis. And I am doing 2 workouts/day for this week - I do Zumba class tonight, so I'm doing that instead of Cardio 1, but on the days I don't have Zumba, I'll do the Cardio 1 DVD. After this week, I'll probably just do the Zumba 2-3 days/week on top of the DVDs, or maybe I'll keep throwing in more Cardio DVDs....I'll have to see how it goes. It's not like more cardio is going to do any damage!

    I have so much energy today, I can't even tell you.
