Current week weight - 274
Loss - 1 pound
Changed from "ketosis" diet from doctor to following MFP calorie suggestions. Weight loss stalled/slowed, but the good news is, no gain back after adding more carbs into the plan, so that makes me happy!0 -

Was down to 158 but have run into some weak spots for me. Stress, celebrations, and being sick have been my nemeses. Celebrations are done. Still fighting the upper respiratory, and stress never ends, but gonna try and get my butt moving again so I can burn some cal's.
Glad I can "confess" to you guys!

Moving in the right direction, just slowly! Had a great week, and a nice weekend in Toronto. This week I started working with a trainer at the gym, and had some great long walks. Love the pedometer for tracking progress - next purchase...and HRM! Great week 4 wishes to everyone!0 -

3-19 weight 173.6 Yeah =down 2.2 lbs. I never thouht I'd get the scale to go in that direction. Did a whole lot more walking and really ate healthy. Didn't eat any exercise calories back. I gained doing that.0 -

Nice weight loss, everyone! I'm still holding steady at 219.8. Grrrr....putting in all the effort, but no results on the scale. I'm sure in one of my next few weigh-ins there will be a dramatic decrease.0

I'm doing pretty good. I need to exercise more! I'm feeling my stomach and it's getting soft. I think the fat is going away! I want to get to 200 pounds by the end of this session! I love me and I deserve this!0 -
Well done, everyone! Especially with all the challenges that seem to come our way.
I struggled since last Sunday with a wicked cold, only made it to the gym once, and went over my calorie goal twice... BUT, am down another 1.5 lbs this week, which is 4.5 lbs total since starting this challenge - YAY!
Keep up the great work! The sun has finally come out and it's starting to feel like Spring - great for getting outdoors!0
