Happy Monday!

Hello my wonderful C25K'ers!! Hope everyone is starting your Monday off on a great and healthy start to the week!
I am finally over my little bug (I think)...since I missed quite a few days in between I am going to re-start from W1D1 this afternoon. Excited to finally get back in the gym!!!

How is your running going and how's the progress looking? Noticing any changes from the last week?

    Glad your back! :) My running is going good finished week 4 day 2 today!! I'm scared of week 5 though!

    It was awesome! Just finished the first day of week one (since I missed 2 out of 3 days of the first week), and I found it to be super easy!!! You will do GREAT on week 5!!!!!

    Its Tuesday for me :smile:
    Did my first day of Week nine and it felt great - so good I ran non stop for 40mins instead of 35mins!

    Today I started with week 4 day 1. It went really well considering my apprehensions about a strained muscle from a TRX exercise I had NOOOO business doing. The running was tough, but the tough was doable. I'll hit day 2 on Wednesday if I make it through another session with my trainer.
