I was really good this week, also did 16 hours or field archery at the weekend which was tough physically.
Edit - should have said this means I have now lost 8 stone, which is a significant milestone for us Brits. Also over 110lbs in total and now officially in overweight BMI rather than Obese (but this is with clothes on so I have been for a few weeks).0 -
02/28/2012: 198.6
03/06/2012: 201.0
03/13/2012: 199.2
03/20/2012: 202.2 (3 lb gain)
Well, up 3 pounds...partially attributed to starting my lifting regimen again (muscles retaining water), and partially to a couple of cookie binges in the last week. This week will be cleaner, hopefully we'll see that gain slow down a bit!
