yay, day two done. wasnt so bad today, i defiantly felt a big burn by the end. im also doing the pushup and squat challenge. the squats were brutal my legs are so sore. ill probably be taking a break from those tomoro. my abs were slightly sore today but not too bad. hope everyone is doing well today

I just did the initial test for both the situp and pushup challenges yesterday so I'll actually start day one of both of them today. I need to do the squat challenge too so I may start that one as well.0
