So I skipped the last couple days so I did double the amount today. I think my iPod told me I was on week 3 day 1. So anyways I did about 140some sit ups. I felt like I needed more of a workout later on in the day so I did 150 bicycle crunches. I took a progress picture and I'm definatly seeing some changes, a little hint…
Made it to 200 situps the other day. I had a Burst of energy and just went for it. Hurt like heck but made me so happy. I will continue with this program adding more and more everyday! Still working on the squats and pushups. Hit 100 squats and 50 pushups today too, I'm on my way :)
so i completed todays sit-ups. such a great workout, hope to see those muscles of mine improve soon i also tried day one of both the squat challenge and the pushup challenge. boy oh boy where those intense. i hate both those excersises, but will try to stick it out as long as i can. hope you all enjoyed day one:)

I was able to do quite a bit of situps on my initial test so I am going to start on week 2 column 3! Week 2 Day 1 21 21 15 15 AMRAP of 35!
defiantly a burn today. im using the iphone app and for some reason it has me doing 21,21,15,15,22, seems a bit high, but ill continue with it. i also did the pushups today, barely made it, im so not good at those. didn't do squats as my legs are incredibly sore today.
yay, day two done. wasnt so bad today, i defiantly felt a big burn by the end. im also doing the pushup and squat challenge. the squats were brutal my legs are so sore. ill probably be taking a break from those tomoro. my abs were slightly sore today but not too bad. hope everyone is doing well today :)
I ranked as average with 40 consecutive pushups for my initial test!
