I am really active but have a hard time watching my calories. I really need the motivation to stay on track. I am trying to not put too much importance on what the scale is saying, because I am pretty muscular. But I definitely have at least 20 lbs to take off. I am 40 in may and am really motivated to put on my pre-baby jeans again:^)
I'm 5'5" (i'm already shrinking, I was 5'6" before my last child. So I have to take the weight off to keep up with my vertical decrease)
